Chaga Harvesting

Chaga can be harvested in the ecologically friendly forests of regions in the Russian Far North using a selective method. The team includes experienced foresters and herbalists with a good understanding about which Chaga to harvest and how to preserve this highly valuable natural resource.

Chaga Treatment

In production, Chaga is exposed to treatment and critical sampling. Experts prepare the Chaga for the subsequent processing stage.

Chaga Drying

Chaga needs to be dried in particular drying tunnels according to low-temperature processing technology, not exceeding 50 °C.

Laboratory Tests

According to approved government standards, Chaga is subject to analyses regarding microbiological and ecological cleanliness. Also comprehensive analyses are performed in order to determine the content of the chromogenic polyphenol-carbon complex, i.e. the biological activity of valuable compounds.

Processing

Prepared raw materials are processed – firstly in the “cold” crushing shop, then in the extraction shop where, owing to a high technology scheme, our experts obtain the natural extract of Chaga mushroom.

Product Packing

The next step is the packing of finished products, including the sealing of products in food bags, packaged in branded tubes and an important packing protection procedure, which guarantees the authenticity of each product.
